This single level home is a super-green, prefabricated Net-Zero building which demonstrates an alternative housing solution with levels of flexibility and sustainability beyond typical residential construction.

The BrightBuilt Barn prefab home is built on 4′ modules. It’s currently designed with two open studios and an office but can be easily reconfigured as a one-bedroom house.

Green features: Net-Zero prefab home with super Insulation and extreme air-tightness, which provides real-time feedback of energy use through its “mood ring” LED fixtures. It’s also on track to receive a LEED Platinum rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
