These prefabricated, two-story home kits include a rugged post & beam frame and a gable roof. The Lofthouse model can be expanded with decks, porches as well as two-story extensions as time and finances permit.

Large model total floor space: 1,565+ sq. ft.

    Hi there
    Wondering what it would cost for a 1000 sq ft lower level
    With large kitchen great room, bathroom,laundry rm
    And bedroom. Top level aprox 600 sq ft loft with
    Master bdrm, bathroom, walkin closet and small den/off ? Love the chalet look.
