The Mini House is a small, flat-pack prefab home with super quick delivery and build-up, designed as a contemporary, prefabricated alternative to traditional Swedish cottages.
The compact Mini House seems larger than it really is by dividing and merging the inside with the outdoor space via a sliding glass door connecting to a 15 sq. meter terrace with pergola.
This small prefab can also be customized with ‘add-ins’ such as a sauna or a cook/bath module, a sleeping unit, solar power and heater kits and more.
Swedish building law allows property owners to build an extra house on their land without the need for a building permit, thus allowing homeowners to maximize their lot potential as well as their living space.
