This small prefab is actually a two-story home extension. It sits on a small site of 3.50 meters width and 11.50 meters long, therefore non-traditional constructive methods and materials were chosen for this project.
This prefabricated home addition features wood-frame construction, large glass openings and a covered terrace, creating a passageway to the garden.
