Prefab Home ECObitat

Published in Prefab Homes |

Here is an interesting proposal for a prefab modular home by Brazilian designer Felipe Campolina – Combine a few units together and you can scale it in size from a small unit to a large prefabricated house.

The small ECObitat home includes a steel framing construction and vertical walls and floor in OSB (oriented strand board) with thermo-acoustic insulation. It also features telescopic legs, tempered glass windows, solar and wind power technologies as well as green roof and walls.

Model: ECObitat.
Total floor space: 2.44 m x 3,10 m x 12.20 m.
Green features: solar panels for water heating, wind power to generate electricity, and green roof and walls for ‘off the grid’ living.

Prefab home design: Felipe Campolina.
Manufacturer location: N/A.
Prefab plans: Available.
